Adhara Maite Pérez Sanchez is eight years old. She wasborn on August 28th, 2011. She studies Industrial Systems Engineering at CNCI, and Industrial Engineering focused on mathematics. She has taken courses on gravitational waves and observational astronomy at the Astronomy Institute at UNAM. She belongs to the Nibiru Astronomical Society of the UNAM science faculty. She has also participated in “Ciencia en zapatillas” at INAOE and was selected to take a course in beautiful patterns, this refers to mathematical patterns and programming taught by the University of Massachusetts at Mexico City. She was selected as one of the 100 powerful women in Mexico by Forbes magazine. She also participated in ""Space Up"" in Querétaro. At the age of six she participated in a presentation at the Politécnico ot the Luis Enrique Erro Planetarium, and in the Second Congress of intellectual giftedness. She was offered to enroll at Arizona University to study astro-physics. Her dream is to be a scientist and astronaut in order to work at NASA. She has autistic spectrum and wrote a book entitled ""Don't give up."" She would like to donate to children with autism and support her community to make this world more inclusive in addition to motivating girls in science. She is currently developing a project with a partner about a smart bracelet using a molecule to monitor emotions and prevent children with disabilities from going through a crisis or get convulsions.
