“Using my skills in science and technology, I am determined to find an effective long-term solution to help prevent cyberbullying.”
Trisha Prabhu is a 14-year-old innovator, social entrepreneur, speaker and founder of the ReThink, an effective way to stop cyberbullying. ReThink is an innovative, patented software product that stops cyberbullying before the bullying occurs. Inspired by the death of an 11-year old girl that committed suicide because she was repeatedly cyberbullied, Trisha took on this cause to find a solution to stop cyberbullying.
Trisha has spoken at various national and international platforms, forums and schools/universities to raise awareness about the silent yet deadly pandemic of cyberbullying. She was featured as a part of Magna-Carta’s Digital-literacy project for British Library in January 2015.
She was selected as the “Global Teen Leader” by We Are Family foundation and was recently invited to the White House to exhibit her the ReThink project.
Trisha is currently working tirelessly to roll-out the community edition of ReThink product to as many schools as possible, at no cost to them. In order to engage adolescents in the ReThink movement, Trisha has created the ReThink Ambassador Program where students can become ambassadors and spread the ReThink movement at their schools to conquer cyberbullying.
