17,000 children now have the opportunity and the tools for a positive transformation. Music becomes a detonator of hope, a vehicle of peace and forms better human beings. They develop high values such as discipline, the pursuit of excellence and teamwork.
The Esperanza Azteca children have impressed many audiences, including important global leaders or great musical personalities they have had the privilege to perform with, such as Plácido Domingo, Joshua Bell, Yo-Yo Ma, Carlos Prieto, Paquito de Rivera, Valery Gergiev and Armando Manzanero.
One of the dreams of the Esperanza Azteca Symphonic Orchestras is to show their achievements and talent in other countries, and share the good things that happen in Mexico.
"Talent is equally distributed around
the world…opportunities are not."
"I have never found a better instrument
for social reconstruction than music".
