Juliana D’Agostini has been recognized as one of the most important Brazilian pianists of today. She has a degree in Piano from the University of São Paulo (USP), and has specializations in France (Académies Internationales d'Été du Grand Nancy and Strasbourg National Conservatoire), and in USA (in Boston, Arizona and New York). In May 2013, D’Agostini was included in the casting of YAMAHA’s artists. So, Juliana became the first Brazilian classical pianist of the group.
D’Agostini accumulates major awards on her career like a semi-finalist position at the Seattle International Piano Competition 2010, XIX Artlivre Piano Competition –1st place in 2006, XIV Piano Competition Arnaldo Estrella - 1st place in 2006 and IV Contest Young Soloists OSBA - 1st place in 2005.
In 2014, Juliana won the biggest prize for a young personality of Brazil the Premio Jovem Brasileiro. Also, the artist opened the important festival SALZART, in Salzburg.
In 2012 she released the album Juliana D’Agostini + Emmanuele Baldini, with great public and critical success. In 2011, the CD Juliana D’Agostini + Catalin Rotaru was a finalist in the 7th Bravo Award of Culture. In 2010 her first album, Chopin|Liszt was received by critics of Veja Magazine as a fusion between of “technical and sensitivity.”
