Helen Fisher is a renowned American neuroscientist and biology anthropologist, pioneer in human personality biology and leadership neurochemistry. She has a doctorate in Anthropology and Biology and is a senior researcher at Kinsey Institute at the University of Indiana. She is also a member of the Center for Human Evolutionary Studies of the Anthropology Department of the University of Rutgers. Fisher is not only a reference researcher to understand love and relationships but also applies her knowledge on brain chemistry and personality to the labor field, particularly, leadership neuroscience and innovation. She is the Chief Scientific Advisor for where she developed The Fisher Temperament Inventory, the first and only personality questionnaire, developed and validated by neuroscience. Her discovery of the four biologic styles of behavior and thinking (Explorer, Constructor, Director and Negotiator) represent the biggest leap in personality tools in the last 100 years. She is also Co-founder and Chief Science Officer of Neuro Color, a revolutionary consulting and training firm. Her work reveals how to recognize each personality style increasing the effectiveness of teams and improving our understanding of how individuals collaborate, resolve conflicts, sell, innovate and lead. She is a consultant for Procter and Gamble and American Express and the bestselling author of 5 books. Sleepless in New York is a documentary based on her work and premiered in 2014. Her articles have appeared in 20/20, The Colbert Report, Charlie Rose, The Huffington Post, Frontiers in Psychology and Newsweek among others.
